You can take a screenshot using the Print Screen feature on your keyboard and then pasting it into a graphic program and saving it. It's not necessary, though, as I now understand what you're talking about. The posts being wider was intended; it's a new style. Avatars/post counts/etc. are now on top of posts as opposed to the left side.
